Compensation:

– $60,000 – $100,000+ in commission

– California state licensed cannabis company based in Northern California, seeking to expand to the greater Los Angeles area with a professional sales team.

Duties/ Responsibilities:
– Own and manage a pipeline of cannabis dispensary clients.
– Professionally represent the first brand under Qlora Group Inc. (California Bud Co.), and educate potential customers on our company and product line.
– Open new accounts through well structured presentations.
– Achieve and consistently exceed monthly sales goals.

Requirements:
– Past experience in the Cannabis Industry.
– Live in Southern California.
– Have a reliable vehicle and smart phone.
– A positive attitude and drive.
– General computer and email proficiency.
– Must be able to work legally in the US.
– Over 21 years of age.

Training and Development:
– Comprehensive orientation and sales training.
– Industry leading sales and communication techniques.
– First hand visits to cultivation site to learn from master growers.
– Top support from in-house marketing and branding team.
