What’s the Job?
urban-gro is hiring a Sales Manager for Northern California.

The Sales Manager will join our thriving team of lighting and cultivation technology product specialists. You will be urban-gro’s ambassador and focus on developing customer relationships with large commercial Cannabis growers. Your region will cover the Northern California regions of Sacramento, Salinas and the Bay Area. This position will report to the Vice President of Sales.

OPTIMAL CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS
> Heavy sales background
> Proven track record in outside sales
> Self-motivated, communicative, and high confidence
> Currently living in the Northern California region
> Experience working out of a home office
> Experience selling horticulture related products
> Experience in the horticulture or Cannabis industry (preferred)
> Four-year degree in Business or Horticulture (preferred)

A company vehicle will be provided. As a sales professional, you can expect up to 25% of overnight travel and 500-1000 miles of driving per week. Generous salary provided with bonus opportunities.
