Our Company:

Sales Manager to manage the overall operations of Advertisement Sales needed in North Scottsdale Airpark.

Seeking someone with a strong sales background, experienced with a proven record in advertisement sales who has consistently surpassed goals and expectations.

This person will be tasked with building a book of business by selling performance based web advertising focusing primarily in the cannabis services industries.

The Right Candidate:
• Has a history of creating new selling opportunities, cold calling and developing relationships
• Demonstrates a high level of ambition and drive with a strong need to win.
• Clearly goal and results oriented, fueled by a challenge and enjoys the pressures of a deadline-oriented business.
• Has a personal need to track results and progress
• Is self-motivated with a zero tolerance for excuses.
What does the job entail?
• Making over 100 phone calls per day.
• You will be soliciting new customer for business, inputting leads to call etc.
• Lots of follow up calls and emails during each deadline.
• Resolving client issues as they arise.
• Delivering exceptional customer service to all clients.

Qualifications:
• 21 years of age or older
• High school degree or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree or equivalent certification with experience in the marijuana/ cannabis industry preferred.
• Availability to work 40 hours per week Monday – Friday
• Ability to drive and manage workplace change
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
